Can't get Bluetooth to connect with Samsung Hype.. Help?

I have no troubles until I get to the part where a PIN is needed. On the computer, it will show it for about half a second if it shows it at all, then goes to the next page, where I can't do anything since the phone is not connected. On the phone, it will show the box to enter the PIN, but since I couldn't have memorized it in such short time, I have nothing to put.
There is the odd time when I was able to get the PIN, but since the page changes on my computer when I put it in it still doesn't work.
I have tried numerous times, really getting on my nerves.
 
yes when i setup my bluetooth 0000 work have to go to devices and then with say searching and when found enter the 0000. hope this help.
