Okay SO I bought the Motorola Cliq just a week a go. (an Unlocked one) because I wanted the simple mobile carrier. So once I got it I inserted the sim card, battery, and it was fully charged and everything. My simple mobile account is even activated already for this month, BUT the plan I got was the $40 which is unlimited talk and text. So I thought this was the initial problem because every time I want to sign in to my motoblur account I can't because it says the phone radio can not connect to the network. So I was like oh ok it might be the internet, but I go to the simple mobile store and they tell me I can go to any place that has wifi so that I can continue with the setup of my new phone. So i went to McDonald's who has free wifi and I was able to reach the point of creating a new account for MOTOBLUR, but everytime I click create account a small screen appears and youu can see the red bar starting to download saying: Creating MOTORBLUR account, but then another screen appears and it says Error creating account: "The request timed out waiting for a response. The account may have been incorrectly created." But I know it couldn't have because I made sure everything I typed into my phone was correct. SO I go back and try to set up an account online, which I did, so now instead of creating a new account I choose an exisiting account and again type in all my info. exactly as I did on my computer, but the same message appears as the red bar downloading to process my account. I don't know what to do I've already paid for the month, and I can't get passed this section I can't call or txt anyone without setting up this MOTOBLUR account thing. It only allows me to make emergency calls (911) and right now this is an emergency, which I'm sure they can't resolve. Please if you now what to do help me, so that I can log in to the motoblur account and be able to use my phone by actually making phone calls and being able to txt.

THANK YOU!!!
