Car won't play audio CD's burned from iTunes.?

The audio CD's that I burned from iTunes won't play in my car. I have a year 2000 Toyota Camry. The CD's would play on the computer and boom box however. Can anyone tell me why this is the case, and what I can do so that the CD's created from iTunes would play in my car?
 
The older player may not recognize the format. My aunt's Chrysler wouldn't play the ones I burned off LPs, but an external one from Radio Shack played them just fine.
 
Go to preferences in your iTunes, and then burning options, and see what it is set for: Probably Data CD or MP3 CD. You want it set for Audio CD.
