My boyfriend & I want to go on a Carnival Cruise in January and I'm slightly confused as to some exceptions about age and booking. I know that someone in the stateroom has to be at least 21, but the site also said something about having a parent/guardian. My boyfriend will be 23 by the time we sail & I will be 20. Can we still book the cruise? Thanks in advance!
