I am 25 years old, a couple of days ago I received my blood test results and they were all normal but I noticed the cholesterol was 5.4.
(Tryglycerides were 0.95 and LFTs normal.)
They told me the normal level is 5.
I have become paranoid since then and feel like an old person who can't eat things!!
Should I be worried??
