The DVD I want to watch does not come with the option of subtitles, however there is a closed-captioning symbol on the DVD box. My TV is set up for the captions to come on automatically, yet they will not show up when I try to watch this DVD. I am hard of hearing, so I would like to be able to see captions. Is there anything I can do about this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
