After 4 years my computer crashed about 3 months ago. Today I tried to use the dvd player for the first time, but it couldn't play the DVD. Not sure if I need a driver for it or what, just need some recommendations as far as how I find out what the technical qualities of my DVD player are, and what I need to get it playing DVD's again. I used to have Dell's Media player but I'm not sure the name of it or if that has something to do with why it won't play. Thanks in advance
