Connect HTC One V to Windows 7 via bluetooth?

I am trying to sync my HTC One V with my Windows 7 laptop via bluetooth. my phone has paired with the laptop successfully and the laptop knows that the phone is a One V, but can't find the driver for it.

i have the HTC SYNC manager, but that only works through USB.

Is there somewhere i can get the driver so my computer will properly sync with my phone over bluetooth?
I know usb is more stable/reliable but I want Bluetooth connection working as well and the HTC sync manager only does usb not Bluetooth
 
Go to HTC's website and download the driver for it. HTC SYNC should control Bluetooth as-well. Also USB is better, bluetooth is outdated and buggy. And its a battery killer.
