Converting a WMV file to a DVD file?

I want to make a movie but I need the perfect (FREE) software to convert my WMV files into DVD files, without any delays or watermarks. I already have Nero 9 Free Version, that is what I'm using to make my DVD after I've got the converted files. Provide a link if you can.
