My Ipod typically turns on with horizontal lines across the screen. It still plays and does everything fine, you just can't see the menus or information correctly. I have tried everything to fix this, restored, reinstalled itunes, reset to factory settings, nothing has worked. I do not think it is the dead pixel issue because every once in a while, the ipod will come on perfectly with screen and menus exactly as they should be. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
