could my mom look at pictures a receive on my cell phone? (cingular at&t)?

well she read some tex messages on my phone when she took in from me and she noticed i was testing dirty things on my phone and then when she gave it back she said "from now on all the pictures you get from people i will look at through the computer"
so can she really do this?
