I'm stumped on what to write for an introduction for a speech about how electric cooking is better than gas cooking...please help!!!

Amateurs and culinary experts alike have argued over which is better cooking with gas or electric stoves? In this, I will detail the cons and pros of each and, based off of those things listed, I will continue to explain exactly why electric seems to be the way to go.

That seem good? So far it looks like people are just making stupid comments.
