Custom firmware psp help 6.60?

I am trying to get this plugin that allows me to categorize my games into different folders and it says to to it in my seplugins folder but i dont have it AHH HELP
here is a list of my folders
ISO
MLN_ROOT
MP_ROOT
MUSIC
PICTURE
PSP
*AND IT SAYS TO PUT IT IN MY SEPLUGINS*
 
make a new folder titled seplugins and drop everything you got from what you downloaded there should be a text document and maybe a .prx file just put that stuff in there and you done
