DC to AC adapter in car, draining battery?

Hey, today I bought a 150 watt max DC to AC adapter for my car. My cars a 1999 nissan sentra if that matters. I intend on using the DC - AC adapter for hooking up my computer speakers and bass, since the car audio no longer works. My computer speakers/bass put out 18 watts of power (they're cheap). My question is, is this draining the cars battery? Or is 18 watts so small it barely matters?
