Dear Christians, How could a boy in India in the year 40AD learn about Jesus?

How about a man in China in the year 1500 BC.

Do they both go to hell sense God gave them no chance, and only provided Jews/Western with divine revelation and help?
 
God won't send people to hell just because the didn't hear of Him.
 
I'm sure a fair-minded Christian would say they would be judged on how morally good their lives were rather than strictly on how well they followed the Bible teachings.
