I am a freshman in college and my mom came to visit recently. she is a lovely lady and i owe her everything! she has been gaining weight lately which normally wouldn't bother me, no one is defined by their size. It has been getting worse though and i just want her to be healthy. I said I would come up with a food plan for both of us (I am gaining the inevitable freshman 15!), but I have no idea what would be a good healthy weight loss plan. i know there are a million out there, but i really want to make a specialized one. Could anyone tell me what foods would be good to have on there and which food groups to avoid most? thanks!
