Divx Update not working?

I downloaded divx about a month ago and all and all, its a pretty good program, but i got this message from divx asking to update so i pressed install now and nothing happened and ever since i have gotten these messages every time i log in or my computer boots

Any suggestions on what to do?

Should i just reinstall with the latest version?

any suggestions would be appreciated
 
same thing happening here, it is getting really annoying and I cannot find a way to turn off the auto updates.

it pops up every day (sometime twice or 3 times) telling me there is a new version, but it never installs. When I open divX and see if there are any new updates it tells me I am up to date.

I am [this] close to uninstalling it and have looked everywhere for a fix.
