Say it buffered 10 mins into video but i am only on 8 mins.
i want to skip 2 mins but when I click where I want to skip it shows a picture(frozen) of where I want to go to but it will not play untill it catches up the 2 mins, so on the side its says 8:10 8:11 8:12 etc but the picture i clicked at is on 10 mins so I need to wait for it to catch up. WHY, IT HAS BUFFERED IT BUT CANT GET TO IT.
