it seems like religions require you to agree with them prior to know their teachings or their dogmas.
how would you agree with something before knowing this something?
it's like reading the bible:
you have to believe everything in it before reading it, then you're told you've been touched by the holy spirit, if you disagree with something in it or using logic you just think it is absurd and doesn't meet reality it means you haven't read it properly or haven't been inspired by the holy spirit.
are all religions like that? you have to blindly agree with everything and vow obedience without knowing anything?
