Do bike exercising machines cause you to have muscles?

I'm a girl.
Exercising on it 3 hours everyday.

and if so -- what can you do to keep the muscles off while still using the machine

Usually, if you do a lot of reps with small weights, that will tone you up without making you bulky. If you do fewer reps with heavy weights, that's what bulks you up.
