Do Blue Ray Recorders that can record off of tvs exist?

Like recording a program off of TV with a VHS except blue ray instead
 
Yes, Panasonic are bringing out some :)
they are called :
DMR-BS850, DMR-BS750 and DMR-XS350

dont know about release dates etc...

but UK prices are below
