Do dvd's play mpeg files or do i have to convert it to DVD. If so is there a

To convert and burn an MPEG file, I use 1 of the following 2;
-DVDFab HD Decrypter 5.2.3.0 (free) or,
-Easy DVD Creator (not free)
You can use DVDFab HD Decrypter 5.2.3.0 for converting and burning to the DVD but Easy DVD Creator wouldn't burn the DVD on my computer.

then simply download the best of all
