Do I get tax rebate on interest component of home loan on 2nd house

which is under construction till Dec 2010? I do know that the interest component of HL on a 2nd house can provides tax rebates without any cap to the amount, provided tax on rent (actual or notional) for this house is paid. But in a situation where the house is not ready till Dec-2010, and my EMIs on the HL start from April 2010, how can I avail of tax rebate till such time the house is ready and is let out?
