Fast speed hdmi should have the bandwidth required for 3D, but you have to make sure it says it supports 3D.

You need the 1.4 HDMI cable for 3D. Hope this will help you out.

The wire itself cannot regulate or change the speed at which the information travels through it.
Basically, any gold plated HDMI will be fine, (around £10-£20 in the uk)
