at Puerto Rico? Im planning to take a cruise, which departs from Panama, im Mexican, but im wondering if i need VISA at this stop, Puerto Rico, u know, because PR is an USA's state. Can i stay inside the cruise while its in the PR's port? i mean, without leave the cruise, just staying inside? what if it make a stop at Ft. Lauderdale? HELP!
