Due to some good advice from friends here,I'm going to start taking care of myself more. I ordered some Denise Austin yoga DVDs because I was told yoga might help me relieve some stress. I'm also changing my eating habits because eating one turkey sandwich a day just doesn't go very far.
So,what do you all do for yourselves in terms of fitness and well being?
BQ for the yoga doers:Will yoga relax me enough to stop my left eye from twitching and stop these random muscle twitches?
*it's going to be impossible to choose a BA for this because everyone gave thoughtful and helpful answers. I gave everyone a TU and this will probably go to voting.
Lol,I love Denise Austin's cheerful attitude. I used to do her aerobics workouts a few years ago. She's just so darn pleasant.
