I was walking home from school and I found a Blackberry cellphone, a new one..I opened it and it was missing the SIM card? Everything was reset now I am stuck with a phone, it's been 3 weeks and I don't know what to do with it.. I already have one so can I sell it? I looked up some Cell phone trade in sites and they say the cellphone must be removed from original owner's account and not reported lost/stolen.
