Yes, because of 300+ prophecies written anywhere from 500 to 2500 years prior to His coming.
They include WHERE He would be born, WHEN He would be born, HOW He would be born, how He would live, how He would die, etc, etc, etc.
If Jesus had NOT fulfilled all these prophecies, then He couldn't very well have been the Messiah.
Don't say "You believe the Bible is true because the Bible says it is true." That is total and utter nonsense, and only mocking fools say these things, because they ignore HOW and WHEN the Bible was written!
(Note: The Bible is a collection of 66 writings by 40 different people over a 1,500 year span of time. It was NOT one book written by one man at one time.
If you collected all the scientific journals that talk about one particular aspect of science (black holes, for instance), and one journal was written 50 years ago, and then another journal written just last year by some one else commended the first journal for its accuracy, and then if you put all these journals into one binding for convenience and ease of access, would this be a case of "The journal is true because the journal says it's true" ? Of COURSE not, like DUH!
And that is exactly what is happening with the Bible! The Bible is not true just because the Bible says it is true. It is true, and one author commented on another person's writings and agreed with what he said, stating that the other person's writings were accurate.
The second author was writing to people who already knew and trusted him, and he was writing about another man's writings whom his audience (friends) did NOT personally know, since he had been dead for thousands of years.
It is NOT a case of "I'm right because I said so, and if you don't believe me, just ask me, and I'll tell you it's so."
This is the accusation made by atheist mockers who are either too lazy to do any research, or too stupid to understand this very elementary concept.
So, the Bible is true, period. But it isn't true just because it says it's true. It's true because it IS true.)
