Do you have friends who expect others to pick up tabs?

I have several friends, all women, when we get together for dinner and drinks we take turns or divide our bills but one of them seem to never offer to pay and expect others to for her, this has gone on for too long, we don't want to exclude her, what's a good way to bring this up in nonabrasive manner?

Simple: the next time you go to dinner and drinks, purchase the most expensive you can find, and tell her to pay for them...
