Do you play slightly sratched blue rays on your ps3?have you got any problems?

Do you play slightly scratched blue rays?Can it damage any part of ps3?
My Uncharted 2 disc has got some little slight scratches.I usualy play it once in a week.So,could it damage my ps3.
by the way,I have a ps3 slim and i love it.That's why i am asking you guys.

No it won't damage your PS3. You can try to remove the scratches by polishing with Brasso.

It won't damage the PS3, as it uses a laser to read the disk, but the game may skip around a bit, nothing to be worried about as long as you play in moderation - overheating can cause some of the internals to melt and that would render your PS3 useless. However, this only happens if you leave it on for a long period of time frequently.
