...abusive BF is really bad? for how the rest of the world will view abusive relationships?
what about her fans? so many young boys and girls listen to her music and EVERYONE knows what happened. and now it seems like people who are around her have become accepting of this?

do you think this is bad? or do you think it makes no difference? i kind of feel like it's a turn backwards for females...
 
I think it is harmful to her because well, by now, with such a giant spotlight and large advocates against abusive boyfriends, I would think that she knows better, but obviously she doesn't feel she is deserving of a man that doesn't need to put his hands on her, regardless of the situation prior to the event.
(I heard they were having prior relationship problems)
 
yes, because it proves that he has some control over her emotions, maybe even that she is scared. It's a classic case of "spousal abuse" or "partner abuse". That sets a negative tone to all the little girls her like her music. Showbusiness might be crazy, but people from all walks of life follow and try to be like these artists.. thus pop culture. She should have walked away and made a stand against abuse from a partner. It will affect the next generation more than she realizes!

Of course. Its short-sighted and stupid.Rihanna and those who imitate her will suffer as a result of following her example. Easy for me to say, but so hard for many to understand. Too bad she was so young when OJ tragically killed NIcole, but then people always think they are an exception.It IS a backwards turn for females!
 
its their life and we dont know whats going on in that relationship..the details whatso ever..what we see only is what they say or published so we really cant say..its up to them and beside they are not young anymore, they can decide for themselves
