does that parent have the right to call you names and insult you
claiming they are helpless and its their only way to force cooperation on you
other than kicking you out?

If you are a rotten child, and you know it enough to write it here, they have every right to call you that.
If you intentionally make and leave a mess around the house repeatedly, they have every right to call you out about it. It's not insulting you, any more than you are insulting them by making their home a mess.

You're getting exactly what you deserve, and now you're whining about it??????

No, they have a right to set firm boundaries for you and enforce them but insulting and demeaning language would be considered verbal abuse. "Name calling" generally falls under the category of verbal abuse.
