Does a religion exist, that simply honors the divine and seeks to spread good?

I'm looking for a religion without strict rules. I want to be in a religion that has ceremonies to honor the divine, but allows people to worship whatever deity they please. Does such a religion exist?
 
Well... that was the basis of christianity, people all have there own opinions of christianity. To be like Christ is a literal translation of the word christian. And Jesus went around healing people, offering salvation and forgiving. If you ask me those are pretty good things. So in my opinion Christians should be like Jesus, but most tend not to be. and it is always a constant struggle to continuously sacrifice yourself for others, and just do good over all, but i still try.

On another note, religion is not necessary. You can still be a very good person and respect, honour, and love everyone you meet, without having any religious beliefs. So if you feel that you don't belong in a religion, just go around doing good deeds without one.
 
There has to be evil in order for there to be good.

And yet religion praises the good? Why? Both are just as important.
