My parents are going on a cruise, and I wanted to give them like an onboard gift. The one I wanted to give them was : Champagne balcony breakfast for two

but I don't understand if they have to be in a room with a balcony or if they get a private balcony for the morning with their breakfast. I tried calling Princess and when I asked for an operator they hung up. Help please.
