My boss has several old cars that I am interested in buying from him. A while back he bought 2 Chrysler 300's. One of them is a 1963 300k convertible pacesetter. The other, he said, is just a non-lettered 300 that he was going to use for parts on the pace setter. Well, I got bored and started looking into the hardtop. The original paint is the pacesetter blue/green color. The interior is the white and has the center console circle emblem that states "MADE FOR" on the top edge and has no name on the bottom. The center says "300 Pacecar". The engine looks to be the same in the convertible and the hardtop. All that I can find in my encyclopedias and online, is that in 1963, they made 1,861 convertible pacesetters, and 306 hardtop pacesetters. But I cannot find any pictures of another 300j pacesetter hardtop! I am looking for more information on this car and pictures. Thanks!
