Does anyone know the exact date that IOS 5 will be released? ?

Some developers know exactly when it will be released and umm I wish to know. I have iPhone 3Gs and I was waiting for iPhone 5 but since Verizon got iPhone 4, I'm guessing apple thought it wasn't fair to launch iPhone 5 right after. And I'm dying to know when IPhone 5 and/or iOS 5 comes out! Please answer if u know anything. :D
 
Apple hasn't said anything specific about a release date, but they say it's coming in "Fall." My best guess is late September, early October. The iPhone 5 should be announced sometime around iOS 5's release date as well.
