I'm a beginner barista and I would like to learn more about espresso and coffee beans, how they are roasted, how to tell if the taste is good or not. I live in California and I'm looking around trying to find a tour in California where I can learn about these things, and to learn more about the history of 'their' coffee/espresso bean, and how they come about. If your recommendation isn't in california, anywhere in America is fine.
