I'm about to buy an Ipod off of amazon refurbished but it says in the description Apple iPod touch 8 GB (2nd Generation--without iPhone OS 3.1 Software) [Previous Model] whats the difference between that and the Apple iPod touch 8 GB (2nd Generation--with iPhone OS 3.1 Software Installed) [OLD MODEL] for 30 dollars more?
