I've been told all sorts of different things depending & where i go & who i ask, but most people in the phone stores have said that no software is required. You just plug straight into your PC & drag & drop. One guy told me only if it has a memory card you can drag & drop files to the phone with no software. Another guy told me you can just change the mode on the phone so it just becomes like an external USB drive & then you can drag & drop with no software. Basically i'm confused now & i don't want to buy a phone if it isn't exactly what i want.
