Does the Pikes Peak White Paint on the 2008 Nissan 350Z suppose to have reddish

brown dots all over the car? I just bought a brand new 2008 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast with Pikes Peak White Paint. Is the paint suppose to have reddish brown dots all over the car because it doesn't just wipe off, you kind of have to scrape it off but even then it leaves behind a brown stain?
