6And again, when he (meaning God the Father) bringeth in the firstbegotten (begotten meaning created) into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom
.
9Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
10And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
Verse 6 states God the Father created Christ first seeing how begotten means to procreate and Christ has been with God the Father since His (Christ's) beginning. Verse 7 states God the Father is the maker of angels which means He created Lucifer as well. Verses 8-10 is God the Father talking to Christ. In verse 9, God the Father is telling Him that His (Christ's) God (God the Father) has anointed Him. Read verses 10 then 9. That might help as well.
