Downloaded a torrent of Silent Hill 2 for PC, can't figure out how to play it?

Downloaded a torrent using Frostwire, and when I opened it, it's a folder, with the following files inside -- Keyboard Controls (a text file), NO-CD.rar, Nvidia GeoforceFix.rar, Run on Server 2008.rar, Silent Hill 2 Directors Cut CD 1.ISO, Silent Hill 2 Directors Cut CD 2.ISO, Silent Hill 2 Directors Cut CD 3.ISO, Sound Patch.rar, and Torrent downloaded from Demonoid.com (a text file that says...exactly what the title says).

Is there a program I have to download to be able to play the game or should I just try a different site or...?
 
What you need to do is rip the ISO's and run the NO-CD crack.

You can extract the ISO's with a software just search on google and you will find it.
