I have to pass my test by May 2013 or I will need to re-do my theroy. I'm pretty much ready to test, its just a case of going over manouvres etc. I failed my 1st test. I'm scared of failing again and wasting all that money so I think of giving up all togeather. I really want to pass asap. Would 2 hour lessons weekly be better then an hour? Would I be ready to test faster?

The more lessons, behind the wheel, the more relaxed you'll be during your road test. An experienced tester can sense nervousness and undecidedness is a test taker. And that's always a mark against the new driver. So, the more you drive during lessons and practice, the better your test will be. Good Luck.

Yes, if you immerse yourself.
Also get your parents/friends to take you out - local carparks are good for practicing and something a friend said to me once 'The perfect technique is effortless', so stay calm and relaxed and everything goes fine :)
