DVD burning onto a disc?

so basically i just wanted to burn a fiilm from my hard drive on to a disc. The main thing i just wanted to ask is that how can you out a picture on the front cover of a disc any programmes? thanks.

You can use Photoshop. If you're not familiar with it, you can simply use nero cover designer.

if you just write burning cover of cd in google you'll see plenty of answers
