My dad wants me to buy him an 20~23" LCD "TV" to connect to his DVD player, but upon researching the catalog, I found LCD "monitors" (at 20~23") cheaper with more utilities. The DVD player uses RCA connector, but all the LCD monitors I looked at does not support RCA connector. So my question is, is there a way around this, and is buying an LCD monitor over an LCD TV a good idea? My dad has a laptop and doesn't play console games.
