dvd+r dl issue with iso file?

I have an iso game file that is 4.20 GB and a dvd dl that's 8.5 GB

I used imgburn and also reno to burn it but it always stops the burnning process. What is the problem? is there a way to fix this? and its frustrating too, because I can't use these dvds again
