My mom bought a DVD off Amazon and all our DVD players reject it. Mine even going to the extent as to say Region Error. What are the steps we should take to fix it? We think we threw away the little envelope it came in (This was by complete mistake. We intended to keep it just in case something was wrong and now we can't find it.) so what should we do?
