DVD Ripping program that lets you rip just specific parts, not full chapters...

...and not DVD Shrink? I need a program to replace DVD Shrink, it doesn't work on my computer with Windows 7. I have tried a few programs but they don't let you set a specific start time and end time by time, only chapters. Anybody know a program?
This is for LEGAL reasons. I have some home videos on DVD and want to rip specific parts to put on Youtube and Facebook.
