Been swimming off and on lately, but want to go further with swimming. Looking to take some lessons in the fall to help improve my stroke. In my own eagerness would want to get going and start before fall. Any recommendations for DVDs that would work to help teach basics of freestyle and perfect stroke/breathing? Thanks.
