can someone quickly gimme a workout routine?
just write like whta to do on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday
I am 5"3 and weight 107 lbs.
Make it hard, but not impossible
Most creative / detailed get's EaSy 10 POINTS :P

Monday you can do shoulders & abs
Tuesday do back and abs
wednesday do legs and abs
Thursday do chest and
Friday do arms and abs
Do cardio every day if you feel like.
remember to stretch your hamstrings and quads after doing legs or you will be very sore the next day
